I love Uttapams too!!!Have u tried Sooji uttapams?They are nice and healthy too...and very quick when u dont have time to make the batter.
@ Aru...yes. Thr flour ratio is 1 tbspof moong flour and 2 tbsp o rice flour.@ Parul...good idea...will try sooji uthappam soon
Nice .. I make Suji Uttappama all the time .. They take a while to cook and they need to be cooked in low heat ...But tastes really good and you can add any veggie you want .. (I put grated carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, tomatoes, cilantro and green chillies) I will try this moong uttappam this weekend ! Looks yummy...
I've never made uthappams before - don't think I've tasted them either - thanks for the idea! Nice that you can add any vegetable to it too :o)
